Please read these terms carefully before using Law Drishti Practice. They govern your use of the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Law Drishti ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of practice.lawdrishti.com and all related services. These terms were last updated in March 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
By creating an account or using Law Drishti Practice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Law Drishti Practice is intended for use by advocates, lawyers, and legal professionals enrolled with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council. By using this platform, you represent that you are a legal professional or authorised staff of a law firm.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the platform.
We offer two plans - Vidhi (₹799/month) for solo practitioners and Chambers (₹1,999/month) for law firms. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of first payment. If you are unsatisfied with the platform within 7 days of subscribing, contact us at contact@lawdrishti.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible until the period ends.
All case data, client information, documents, and content you enter into Law Drishti Practice belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your practice data.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing you the service. This license ends when you delete your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the platform. Law Drishti Practice is a management tool and does not verify the accuracy of case details, client information, or legal documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others outside your firm. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; use the platform to store content that violates any law or third-party rights; resell or sublicense access to the platform.
Creating accounts with false or misleading information, including fake bar enrollment numbers or firm details, is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Accessing the platform through automated bots, scrapers, or any tool that creates undue load on our servers is prohibited.
Law Drishti Practice is a practice management tool. Nothing in the platform - including Case Genome, Case Oracle, or any AI feature - constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for the legal work you perform using information from the platform.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Law Drishti's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Case Genome and Case Oracle use AI to assist with legal research and case analysis. These features are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify AI-generated outputs independently before relying on them in legal proceedings.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at contact@lawdrishti.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export your records.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the platform or other users. We will provide notice except in cases of serious violations.
